Jamestown Police have identified the man who was shot and killed by police following a shooting incident outside of Fred’s Den early Tuesday. The shooter was 27-year-old Devin Fontenot of Jamestown. Police say Fontenot refused to comply with an order given by a Jamestown Police Officer to drop his weapon and his actions
