Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora delivered a short but sweet message on social media in the wake of the team trading Rafael Devers to the San Francisco Giants on Sunday afternoon. Cora posted a picture of he and Devers embracing after the team won the World Series in 2018 and simply said "Gracias @Rafael.

The Boston Red Sox are currently riding high on a five-game win streak, having won seven of their last eight games. In return, Boston received pitchers Jordan Hicks and Kyle Harrison, along with minor league prospects James Tibbs III and Jose Bello.
