Sarah Jessica Parker has been appointed a judge of the Booker Prize, one of the U.K.'s most prestigious literary awards.

The actress and publisher will help decide the 2025 winner of the prestigious British book award. It is “the thrill of a life,” she said.

She joins Nigerian novelist Ayobami Adebayo, British writer and literary critic Chris Power and American author Kiley Reid

The Irish author will helm discussions of fiction written in English and published in the UK and Ireland between October 1st, 2024 and September 30th, 2025, with the winner to be announced next November.
