According to TMZ , the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department was contacted by a woman last weekend who claimed Barrett had sex with her against her will. The woman alleges she woke up in bed with the 44-year-old actor touching her after they spent the night drinking.

Police sources on Monday said that the Brooklyn, New York native, 44, was being probed after a woman accused him of assaulting her.
