The Public Works Department (PWD) on Friday issued a demolition notice for Bahraich violence accused Abdul Hameed's residence over illegal construction in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.

The notice issued to Abdul Hameed by the Public Works Department (PWD), the main accused in the October 14 Bahraich communal violence case, states that his house has allegedly constructed on an encroached rural road.
