The description of this google marker literally says “for residents and permitted guests” so I’m not sure why the confusion by reviewers. I enjoy this beach when I am in town! The facilities are nice… Full review by willibadw

Incline beach is private for residents only. After wasting time finding parking. I’m not sure why it doesn’t say that on trip advisors description. This should be updated. Full review by Cristina323

A perfect day! Couple hours on a great sand beach. Perfectly clear chilly water. Not a cloud in the sky. Snow on the mountains. Very relaxing. Full review by MikeKerrey

If you plan on arriving at the beach after 3 they allow anyone to park in the parking lot. Before 3 it’s only for residents and punch card holders. I believe this changes after Labor Day …

If you plan on arriving at the beach after 3 they allow anyone to park in the parking lot. Before 3 it’s only for residents and punch card holders. I believe this changes after Labor Day weekend. Incline Village has significantly reduced the number of parking spots in the village so weekends in the summer are definitely a challenge.
