I'd love to see the Cartier Exhibition. How much time would you need to spend at the exhibition. I don't want to rush through it.
A:
We took two hours. Earlier was better. But start of the day was very busy. Half an hour after opening. Do some reading before hand, it makes it even more interesting.

Yes it is busy on weekends - especially when there's an exhibition or something like Floriade also in Canberra. There is no great problem with crowds in the gallery but the underground carpark and the café fill up quickly. If you can manage it, go at 10am on a weekday and you'll be almost alone (at 11am the schoolkids arrive, but they're usually well herded).
